Intune Company Portal Issue

I installed Intune for MacOS app on my Macbook Air and finished all configurations. It shows my Mac device can access company resources. However, when I log on to the Office 365 app, the website version intune shows my Macbook device cannot access company resources. It is totally the opposite of what showed in intune app. How can I fix this issue and log on to my Office 365 app successfully?

In fact, Microsoft Intune is a cloud service used to manage mobile devices and apps.
For Office 365 access, it belongs to O365. Intune will not affect the access unless you configure a conditional access policy that needs the device to be compliant or require an app protection policy to access office 365.
To check on this, I would like to confirm if any conditional access policy is configured in your environment. And what is the error we get when login office 365 app? Meanwhile, please ensure the user has an office 365 license assigned.
