QUERY
The Username visible to me is “Tech moon”. I signed into my Microsoft account. But still, it’s not changing. I tried other ways like removing my account and signing in through a local account, but it remained the same. When I use MS word or PowerPoint, this username shows every time.
SOLUTION
On Word or PowerPoint, go to file, options, general, and use the name you want in the Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office.
Tick the box that says always use these values regardless of signing into Office.
